In months where expenses outweigh commission income, the service enables agents and brokers to accelerate the payment of commissions under contract to cover the expenses.

Is my transaction confidential?

The registration and approval process is completely confidential. The “Accelerated Commission” payment will not appear on the settlement statement when Accelerated Commissions is repaid directly by the brokerage.

Does Accelerated Commissions consider personal credit history?

One of the tools used in client registrations is credit history, although once registrations are complete, “Accelerated Commission” approvals are based solely on each individual contract submitted by the agent.
